设计题目:连续式加热炉计算机控制系统的设计
摘要
加热炉是冶金企业中的主要耗能设备,本设计是计算机控制系统在连续式加热炉上的应用。在钢铁冶金生产中,加热炉的计算机控制发展很快。本文首先对连续式加热炉的工艺进行了综述,分析了连续式加热炉结构、热工参数及其操作对象。其中重点介绍了连续式加热炉的组成、结构、控制原理及其优点等。其次,根据连续式加热炉结构特点设计控制系统,对加热炉温度变化的具有时变性的、多扰动的非线性随机过程进行了分析。介绍了双交叉限幅燃烧控制、流量控制、加热炉炉温控制、炉压控制、煤气总管和空气总管的压力控制以及汽包液位控制。最后,介绍了计算机控制系统在连续式加热炉上的实现,分析了集散控制系统对连续式加热炉燃烧的自动控制原理。

Abstract
Heating furnaces are major energy consumption equipment in the metallurgical enterprises. The design is the application puters in a continuous heating furnace. In the production of the metallurgy of iron and steel, heating puter control has developed rapidly. The article first reviewed the process of continuous heating furnace, continuous furnace structure, thermal parameters and manipulate objects. Which focuses on a continuous heating furnace, position, structure, control principle and its advantages. Secondly, according to the structure characteristics and design of continuous reheating furnace control system, the time-varied and disturbed casual process with nonlinear parameter is studied in this thesis .Introduces the realizing double cross bustion control, flow control, temperature control of heating furnace, furnace pressure control, gas main and air main pressure control as well as steam drum fluid position control and electric interlocking logic control. Finally, introduced puter control system in continuous heating furnace to achieve, analysis of the distributed control system for continuous heating bustion automatic control principle.
