电镀在200多年的历史中走到今天,在电子、机械、装饰品等方面有着不可替代的作用,而镀层质量直接影响到其防护、装饰、功能性等指标的高低。电镀电源则作为电镀的核心部件之一,很大程度上决定了镀层质量。其中脉冲电源在电镀技术中带来了一场革命。脉冲电镀具有镀件质量好,节约原材料及环保等优点而得到广泛应用。为此我们将重点讨论脉冲电源的实现及控制。
首先我们介绍了脉冲电源的工作原理及其控制电路。其中本文所要研究的是其中的弱电部分,核心是数字控制器的设计方案。数字单脉冲电源因其简单直观、易于分析和控制,更具有代表性,因而我们选定数字单脉冲电源作为切入点。之后深入讨论了数字单脉冲电源的性能指标和参数,并据此提出了基于8051和89C2051单片机的双CPU设计方案。在硬件系统方面我们主要从主从CPU方面解决了输入、显示、控制、脉冲产生等方面设计应用电路。最终我们通过斩波用脉冲驱动电路得到我们所需的脉冲电源信号。同时进行了相应的软件设计。

ABSTRACT
Electroplating has gone through until now in the last 200 years. In electronics, machinery, accessories, etc, electroplating has an irreplaceable role, and the quality of coating directly affects the protective, decorative and functional index. As one of the most important parts in electroplating, electroplating power supply, to a large extent,determines the quality of coating. And as we all know that he pulse power has brought a revolution into the electroplating technology. Pulse plating is now being widely used, because of its help to good quality, saving raw materials and environmental protection. Because of this, we will focus on the implementation and control of pulse power supply.
Firstly,we introduce the working principle of pulse generator and control circuit. What we will discuss about in this article is the weak current part, and the core is digital controller design scheme. Digital single pulse power supply is more representative, because of its simplification and intuitive easiness to analysis and control, so we choose digital single pulse power as an entry point. And then we discuss its performance index and parameters deeply, according to which we put forward a scheme based on double CPU design of 8051 and 89C2051 single chip puter. In the aspect of hardware system, we mainly solve the issue of input, display, control, pulse generating circuit design application and so on in the master-slave CPU.
