中国服务贸易国际竞争力分析
摘要
改革开放30多年以来,中国在各个行业均发展迅速,当然在服务贸易方面也取得了显著地成就,但就国际服务贸易整体而言,中国服务贸易的国际竞争力还处于弱势地位。
本文的研究思路是:首先,对当前国内外相关研究成果和国际竞争理论进行了回顾和综述,并围绕着数量、结构等方面描述了我国服务贸易的发展现状;其次,根据近几年的统计数据对我国的服务贸易与发达国家的服务贸易发展状况进行了比较分析。通过对比,论证了中国服务贸易在国际的排名和地位,找出我国服务贸易与世界先进国家的差距,找到我国服务贸易中存在的问题;最后对全文进行总结并提出结论,以得出的结论为依据,并就我国如何更好地发展服务贸易、提高本国在国际市场的竞争力提出一些对策建议。
通过对我国服务易竞争力的定性和定量分析,在论文的最后部分提出于以下几条针对性的建议: 加大人力资本投入力度,完善服务贸易专业人才培训体系;加大城市化的进程力度,扩大有效市场规模;大力发展现代服务业,优化服务业产业结构;加强服务贸易相关产业的协调与支持机制;积极承接国际服务外包;健全服务贸易法律法规,规范行业竞争秩序;加大相关产业的扶持力度,促进产业间的协调发展。建立一个真正公平、公正、开放、有序的竞争环境。

CHINA’S SERVICE TRADE PETITIVENESS ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
With implementing opening-up and reform policy for more than 30 years, China has been developing with fast speed in all kinds of lines of course including trade in services. Regarding international trade in services as an entity, petitiveness of Chinese trade in services is still in disadvantages.
This study approaches: First, the current domestic and foreign research and theory of petition were reviewed and summarized, and around the number of structures to describe the status of China’s service trade development. Secondly, according to statistics in recent years data on China's service trade development and the developed countries’ service trade development pared. By contrast, demonstrates China's service trade in the international ranking and position, to find out China's service trade gap with advanced countries and problems in service trade; Finally, a summary and full text of conclusions e to the conclusion as the basis, and on how to better develop our trade in services, increase petitiveness in the international market made some suggestions.
