PDCA 循环法在控制 ICU 患者呼吸机相关肺炎中的应用

【摘要】目的
观察计划—实施—检查—处理( PDCA) 循环管理方法对降低呼吸机相关肺炎( VAP) 患病率的作
用。方法
调查分析 2010 年中心 ICU 内 VAP 发病率较高的原因,运用 PDCA 循环管理方法对 2011 年 1 ~ 6 月的 VAP
循环管理方法是 VAP 预防和控制的有效管理方法。

【Abstract】 Obiective

To study the effect of PDCA measure for decreasing the incidence rate of ventilator - associated pneumonia ( VAP)
After analyzing the causes for high incidence rate of VAP in patients of ICU during January to June,2010,PDCA
measure had been applied for prevention and control of the occurrence of VAP in 2011. Results
The incidence rate of VAP had been decreased
from 23. 1% of 2010 to 15. 2% in the first half year of 2011 after the implementation of PDCA measure. Conclusion
proved to be an effective approach for prevention and control of VAP in patients of ICU.
