PE 和 SBS 复合改性沥青混合料路用性能

摘要:以 AH−70 号沥青作为基质沥青,选用聚乙烯(PE)添加剂和聚苯乙烯­丁二烯­聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)作
为改性剂制备高模量沥青和高模量沥青混合料,通过车辙试验、动态蠕变试验、浸水马歇尔试验和低温小梁弯曲
试验等室内试验,测试和评价沥青混合料的路用性能,并分析 PE 和 SBS 改性剂对混合料性能的影响。研究结果
表明:PE 和 SBS 复合改性后,沥青混合料的高温性能、力学性能和抗水损害能力有较大提高,而低温性能和抗
疲劳性能有所降低;随着 SBS 和 PE 掺加量的增加,其对混合料路用性能的影响逐渐减弱,在实际应用中,PE
和 SBS 适宜的总掺加量质量分数为 %(% PE +% SBS)。

Pavement performance of high modulus asphalt mixtures
modified by PE and SBS

Abstract: Taking AH­70 asphalt as base asphalt, the modified asphalt mixture was prepared by polyethylene (PE) and
styrene­butadiene­styrene (SBS). The high modulus asphalt mixture and its physical change were studied according to
wheel rutting test, the dynamic creep test, the immersion Marshall test, the freeze­thaw splitting test and the bending test
of small beam sample. The results show that the high temperature performance, the mechanical performance, and the
water stability of high modulus asphalt mixtures are improved
