摘要:目的:分析临床根管治疗失败原因,提出预防措施。方法:从根管治疗的生物学原理出发,结合临床根管治疗失败的判定
标准,提出根管治疗失败的原因主要是在实施治疗术过程中,因根管充填不密合、超填或欠填、遗漏根管、治疗期的急性反应不
当处置、根管侧穿、牙体折裂、根管台阶等等因素导致。结论:从规范操作治疗术的各个环节、术者认识的误区等方面,预防和减
少临床根管治疗失败是可行的。

Abstract:Objective:The aim of thispaper is to sum up the failure reasons of root canal therapy, and boring forward defence measures
during the patient therapy. Methods:On the basis of biological principle of the root canal therapy (RCT), according as the standards
which have been used to determined the clinical failures of the RCT, the failure reasons that often happen during the RCT have been
discussed, such as: under filling, over filling, and omitting filling, missing root, mistreatment to acute reaction, pierce to the root,
break or crack of the teeth body as well as sidestep of the root. Further more, from the operation process of the RCT and the wrong
