PDCA循环用于低年资护士管理提高手术室工作质量

[摘
要] 目的
探讨 PDCA 循环用于低年资护士的管理对提高手术室工作质量的影响。方法
运用 PDCA 循环进行低年
资护士管理:根据手术室低年资护士的工作现状,找出质量问题,分析产生质量问题的原因和影响因素,制定措施和计划并实施;调
查效果,跟进检查,提高措施和计划落实的有效性;总结检查的结果,对成功经验加以肯定,并予以标准化,提出未解决的问题,转
入下一个 PDCA 循环。统计并比较 PDCA 循环运用前(2006 年 1 月—2007 年 12 月)和运用后(2008 年 1 月—2010 年 12 月)手术
室护理不良事件的发生情况和 200 人次医生对护理工作的满意度。结果
生对手术室护理工作的满意率提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<)。结论
工作质量,减少护理不良事件发生,提高手术医生满意度。
