穴位和下腹部按摩治疗肛肠术后患者尿潴留的效果观察

[摘

要] 目的

探讨穴位和下腹部按摩对解除肛肠疾病术后尿潴留的效果。方法

按尿潴留发生的先后顺序随机将 104
例肛肠术后出现尿潴留的患者分为观察组和对照组各 52 例,观察组施行穴位加下腹部按摩, 对照组采用常规护理的诱导排尿法。
观察两组的疗效和自行排尿的时间。结果
观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<),自行排尿时间早于对照组(P<)。结论
穴
位和下腹部按摩能有效解除肛肠术后尿潴留。
