本论文初步建立了三黄片的HPLC指纹图谱,为三黄片生产过程质量控制的依据和方法提供了参考。采用甲醇-磷酸(100:1)为溶剂,35℃超声提取45min后微膜过滤,获得供试品溶摘要正文四号,楷体,标点用中文,。化学名称中有关数字及标点、括号、比例号全用Times New Roman格式。
液。选取如下色谱条件:色谱柱为 VP ODS C18(×150mm,5µm),柱温为30℃,,检测波长为280nm,%的磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果显示10批三黄片有19个共有峰,根据中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统分析,得出其相似度>98%。该方法简便可靠,可用于建立三黄片的指纹图谱,也可用于三黄片生产过程中的质量控制和对产品的质量评价。

An effective and convenient method was established for HPLC fingerprints of SanHuang tablet which provided an approach for quality control in production.
