【摘要】当今世界经济全球化的趋势日益加强,国与国之间的交往与联系日益密切,国际商务谈判是商务活动中的一项重要内容,不可避免地会遇到文化差异问题。文化差异直接影响着谈判能否顺利进行。从文化的定义入手,分析文化差异产生的原因,论述文化差异对商务谈判的影响,并在此基础上为如何应对谈判过程中出现的文化差异问题提出相应策略。

The problems and the countermeasures of cultural differences in international business
Abstract:With the rapid development of the economic globalization ,the contact between countries get close increasingly,international business negotiation is an important content in business activity ,will inevitably encounter culture differences directly influence the proceed of the the definition of the culture,to analyze the causes of cultural differences and discussed the influence of cultural differences on business negotiations,and on this basis for how to deal with the problems of cultural differences appeared in the process of negotiations and put forward the corresponding strategies.
