摘要
VSB轧机为上传动式大立辊破鳞轧机。因在加热炉中加热,在板坯表面不可避免的要产生大量的氧化铁皮,如果不很好清除,经水平辊多次轧制,氧化铁皮轧入板面,不但难于清除,而且要大大增加板材精整修磨量,甚至造成次品或废品。VSB轧机的主要作用是对热轧板坯侧压轧边并用150高压水破除表面在加热过程中产生的一次性氧化铁皮。主传动采用虎克式和滑块式万向接轴传动大立辊。近年来立辊轧机相对于以往有了很大的改进,其在轧钢生产中运用越来越广泛。新型立辊轧机目前在我国受到很多钢铁公司的青睐,产生了显著的经济效益。
大立辊破鳞轧机采用上传动,其目的是可以改善大立辊传动装置的工作条件,使维修简便。但机架高度增高,厂房标价抬高。本次设计主要目的是对VSB轧机主传动系统有进一步的了解,并对主要部件进行核算。VSB轧机的主传动系统两边对称,左右两边由一同步轴连接。这样的结构齿轮较多,轧机成本较高。现对其传动方案进行改进。

Abstract
VSB mill is a big-scale vertical roller mill for scale breeking ,which adopts upper transmission . Heated in the furnace ,the slab surface is inevitable to produce large amounts of iron oxide skin .If it is not cleared ,after rolled repeatedly by the horizontal roll, rolling into the plate surface the oxide scale is not only difficult to remove, but also greatly increased amount of sheet finishing and coping , or even result in adulteration or waster. The main role of VSB mill is for rolling hot rolled slab on edge and breaking the iron oxide skin with 150 high-pressure water generated in the process of heating in the surface . The main drive adopt Hook-type and slider-type universal joint for driving large vertical roll. In recent years ,the edger mill has been greatly pared with the previous and is used in the steel rolling production more widely. New Vertical Mill is currently popular with a lot of panies in China and resulting in significant economic benefits.
VSB mill adopts upper transmission, which aims to improve the working conditions of the large vertical roller gearing and to make maintaince easy. However, the housing is highly elevated and the plant price raise. The main purpose of this design is to have further understanding to the main drive system of the VSB rolling mill and check the ponents. Both sides of VSB mill's main drive system is symmetrical.
