摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,民众对眼镜质量的要求也越来越高。眼镜加工
企业普遍认识到高精密、自动化配镜仪器对眼镜装配质量保证的重要性。全自
动镜片磨边数控系统是机电一体化的产品,国外已经开发出功能比较完善的产
品,但由于价格的原因还难以让大多数眼镜店推广使用。而国内在这方面的研
究还处于起步阶段,虽然已开发出一些相应的产品,但是与国外还有很大的差
距。本文在研究国内外产品和开发经验的基础上,结合当前电子技术的发展应
用,开发基于 DSP 的镜片磨边系统。
文中首先介绍了镜片磨边系统的国内外发展现状以及论文的研究背景,接
着给出了原有镜片磨边加工样机的控制工作原理及机械加工原理,并以此为基
础提出了磨边机控制系统总体设计方案。在确定了系统的软硬件开发环境后,
给出了基于 TMS320 F2812 DSP 的镜片磨边系统具体硬件控制电路的设计和实
现,包括用 CPLD 实现人机接口电路设计、驱动机构电路设计等。文中最后给
出了磨边机控制系统应用软件设计,包括基于 DSP 系统的总体程序结构设计、
与硬件电路相对应的驱动程序设计、人机界面设计、镜片磨边加工流程程序设
计等。初步完成了原理样机各功能模块的调试。

基于 DSP 的镜片磨边系统研究与开发
ABSTRACT
With the improvement of living standards, People require better and better
quality for glasses. Glasses machined enterprises have known the importance of high
precision and automation equipment optician glasses assembly for quality assurance.
Although automatic glasses grinding system has been developed in abroad perfectly,
it also not fits the requirement of domestic market for high-price. In domestic,
research in this field is still in initial stage, some relative products have been
developed, but there are still large gaps with aboard paper states the
DSP-based glasses C system was researched and developed by reference
present development of electronic technology and product-developed experience at
home and abroad.
At first this paper introduces present state and development direction of glasses
grinding system in domestic and aboard, then presents the design program of control
system for glasses grinding machine, which is based on the control of machining
principles of original prototype glasses grinding machine. After confirming the
system's hardware and software development environment, this thesis described
specific design of hardware control circuit and implementation based on the
TMS320 F2812 DSP, which includes the man-machine interface circuit design with
CPLD,
