摘要
随着带式输送机向长距离、高速度、大功率方向发展,除驱动装置外,张紧装置是保证输送机正常启动、运行、制动、和停车的不可缺少的重要部件之一,直接影响带式输送机的安全可靠性和稳定性。
通过对带式输送机各种张紧装置的比较和分析后可知,按现有的各类张紧装置,很难达到最佳的张紧效果。本设计利用电动绞车技术对胶带张紧力进行实时控制和自动调节,而且张紧力响应速度快,从而降低了对皮带的冲击,延长了皮带和设备的使用寿命,节约了输送机的运行成本。该张紧装置结构简单、维护方便,并且能够实现长距离带式输送机的张紧要求。
本设计从系统整体出发,对张紧装置的机械传动系统作了详细的方案论述及确定,对卷筒、滑轮、张紧小车等部件进行了设计,同时对设备的使用及维护进行了简要的论述。所设计的张紧装置可以根据输送机不同的运行工况自动调节张紧力的大小,从而使胶带张紧力控制在最佳状态,保证了输送机安全、平稳、可靠的运行。

ABSTRACT
