中文摘要
在如今瞬息万变的外界经济环境下,企业要发展下去就必须不断改进以应对外界环境的变化。为了能更好地应对外部环境的快速变化以及企业内部的统合问题,企业就需要听取广大员工的意见,集思广益,这样才能更好地促进企业的发展。本研究采用问卷调查法,以江苏、上海两地企业组织的324名员工为研究对象,探究组织文化对员工建言行为的影响。将数据进行相关分析以及逐步回归分析,分析结果表明:组织文化中的权力距离和集体主义这两个维度对员工建言行为都具有负面影响,并且,员工建言行为与权力距离和集体主义之间存在显著的线性关系。

Abstract
In today's rapidly changing external economic environment, companies must do some improving to response to the changes of the external environment to get the development opportunity. In order to exploring solutions to adapt to the rapidly changing external environment and internal integration problems better, companies need to listen to the voice of the staff, draw on the wisdom of the masses, so as to promote the development of enterprises. This study used
questionnaire survey. Results based on a sample of 324 fulltime employees from enterprises located in Jiangsu and Shanghai province indicated that qrganizational culture had significant negative effects on employee's voice behavior. And there is a significant linear relationship among employee's voice behavior,power distance and collectivism.
