工程决策主体伦理责任的缺失及其规避策略

摘
要: 在工程活动中, 不同于工程师等专业人员, 职业经理人的决策起着关键性的作用。职业经
理人的伦理责任主要包括三个方面: 决策程序的道德合理性问题; 对工程质量安全的控制的问题; 对上
级和下级负责的问题。职业经理人在履行伦理责任时, 会因追求经济利益最大化而造成伦理责任的缺失。
文章针对上述缺失, 提出相应的规避伦理责任缺失的方法。
