摘要
XX水库位于XXXX,位于大魏河支流,第IV水文分区,坝址处地理坐标系东经121°35′,北纬39°49′,流域面积F=,河道长L=,河道比降J=‰,汇流时间τ=。
XX是一座集防洪、灌溉于一体的小(II)型水库。水库枢纽工程包括大坝、溢洪道、输水洞三大建筑物构成。该水库始建于1974年10月,,。。
XX水库是一座以灌溉为主,兼有防洪等综合利用小(Ⅱ)型水库。。该水库可满足周边600亩果树和500亩旱田的灌溉,保护下游1个村1000人、1200亩耕地由于大坝、溢洪道存在安全隐患,水库不仅不能够很好的发挥效益,而且严重威胁下游人民的生命财产安全,所以进行水库除险加固处理。
根据防洪标准(GB50201-94)中工程等别和级别划分,XX水库工程等别为Ⅴ等,主要建筑物级别为5级,次要建筑物级别为5级,防洪标准执行SL252-2000,按10年一遇洪水标准设计,50年一遇洪水标准校核。
