摘要
本论文设计了一个多级皮带传输系统,它多用于处于复杂地形的大型工业厂矿。系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)做下位机控制,上位机则采用工业通用组态软件—“组态王”设计控制界面,并最终完成上下位机的通信以达到直观方便的控制效果。
多级皮带传输系统凭借它自身的特点和优势在现代工业中有着重要的作用和地位,最典型的应用就是我们常说的输煤系统。输煤系统的组成部分包括给煤机、皮带、破碎机、三通、卸料器等。我们采用PLC对此系统进行顺序控制。
论文首先介绍了皮带传输系统的应用概况和作用;接着描述了系统的工艺要求;PLC的基本原理、发展形式和西门子S7—200PLC;工业通用组态软件—“组态王”的应用。本文重点在具体的叙述了PLC各子程序的设计思想,并讲述了用组态王进行界面设计的步骤和方法。

The Design of PLC Control System—Transport System with Multi-level Belt
Abstract
The author of designs a transport system with multi-level belt which is often used in the large-scale factories or mines located in places plex terrain. We use the programmable controller (PLC) to control this system as a puter, and use an industry general configuration software -“KINGVIEW” to design the interface as an puter.
The transport system has very important functions and position depend on its characteristic and advantages. The coal transport system is the most typical application in industry nowadays. The coal transport include belts, smash machines, coal-supplied machines and so on. We use PLC to control the sequence of this system.
The paper introduces the general situation of application and function of belt transport system, describes the technique requirement the system, PLC brief introduction and development conditions and takes SIMENTIC S7-200 as an example, introducing the method munication between PLC and PC. The focus of the paper is a specific description of PLC’s programs and how to use the KINGVIEW to design interface as an puter.
