浅析绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响
[摘要]当前,在国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒问题已不可回避,中国作为世界上最大的农业生产国,同时也是农产品出口大国,而农业作为一种弱质产业更容易受其影响。本文绿色贸易壁垒的概念入手,对绿色贸易壁垒理论进行概述,接下来,联系我国农产品出口遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的现状,剖析了我国农产品受阻绿色贸易壁垒的国内和国际原因。最后,从我国农业发展的实际情况出发,针对绿色贸易壁垒,从政府和企业两个角度,提出了一些可操作性的对策建议。

[Abstract] At present, green in international trade barriers to trade has not evaded, as the world's largest agricultural production, is also a big exporter of farm products, agricultural industry as a primary industry more easily influenced. the green trade barriers to start with green, the concept of trade barriers theory discussed, then contact our country green 、 trade barriers in agricultural exports of agricultural products, china is thwarted by the green trade barriers domestic and international. Finally, from our agricultural development realities of trade barriers and green, the government and enterprises from two angles and put forward some countermeasure and advices operant programs.

第1章引言
绿色贸易壁垒已成为近年来国际农产品贸易壁垒的新特征,成为制约我国优势农产品出口的最大障碍。要突破技术性贸易壁垒,必须大力提高我国的农产品质量,加强农产品的质量安全监管,加快专业人才培养,积极并善于运用贸易争端机制化解农产品出口的各种障碍。
