浅析经济危机下我国应对绿色贸易壁垒的策略

随着加入WTO,进一步融入到世界经济范围中,我国的经济面临着空前的机遇和挑战。很多国家为了维护本国的经济利益,设置了形形色色的新型贸易壁垒,绿色贸易壁垒作为其中之一,对我国经济的影响尤为突出。
在这股高涨的绿色浪潮之下,部分国家在国际贸易中构筑起非关税的“绿色贸易壁垒”以保护存在着差距,这就导致包括中国在内的许多国家在国际贸易中处于非常不利的局面。基于此,文章分析了绿色贸易壁垒对我国的影响,并以中国企业的应对现状调查数据为依托,提出了相关建议。
我国作为加入WTO不久的成员方,已经并且未来还会面临绿色贸易壁垒带来的不利与挑战。要成功应对这种不利与挑战,维护以我国为代表的发展中国家在多边贸易体制中的利益,实现发展中国家的经济增长,必须加强对绿色贸易壁垒问题的研究。

abstract
With its accession to WTO,the scope for further intergration into the world economy,China’s economy is facing unprecedented and countries in order to safeguard their economic interests,set up all sorts of new barriers to trade,green trade barriers as one of the impact on China’s economy is particularly prominent.
In this unit, under the rising tide of green, some countries in international trade, build up of non-tariff "green barriers" to protect the domestic trade. As the level of environmental protection in developing countries and developed countries there is a gap, which led to many countries, including China, in international trade in a very unfavorable situation. Based on this, the article analyzes the impact of the green trade barriers on China and to deal with the status quo of Chinese enterprises rely on survey data and put forward relevant mendations.
China's accession to WTO as a member of the near side has made and the future will be the green trade barriers faced by the adverse and challenges. To essfully deal with this negative and challenges, safeguard our country as the representative of the developing countries in the multilateral trading system in the interests of achieving economic growth in developing countries need to strengthen the green trade barrier issues.
