【摘要】将CLINSIM 临床牙科教学培训系统与PBL教学法融入口腔修复学七年制临床生产实习中,使学生在生产实习过程中变被动学习为主动学习,使临床“实战演练”与理论回顾相结合、使基本理论与发展前沿相结合、使理论学习与科学研究相结合,用理论学习强化指导临床操作,同时克服种种原因导致的实践机会较少的弊端,切实加强实践操作能力,使学生在生产实习中通过“动手、动脑、动笔、动口”夯实理论基础,提高实践技能,加强科研能力,从而使七年制学生真正成为动手能力强且兼具一定科研能力和自主学习能力的口腔医学高级专业人才。

The application and research of CLINSIM dental clinical teaching system and PBL teaching method towards seven-year prosthodontics student’s productive practice.

ABSTRACT: Using the CLINSIM dental clinical teaching system and PBL teaching method in the seven-year prosthodontics student’s courses has the advantage to turn the students’ learning modes passive to active. The application turns to be an effective way bine the clinical practice with theoretical knowledge, basic theory with development forefront, theoretical study with scientific research. Not only can it improve the students’ clinical practice by theoretical studying, but also increase the time and quality for studying clinical skills. It makes it possible for students to improve a variety of ability, and cultivate the student to be a dental talent of excellent basic theory, outstanding operation skills, and splendid scientific research quality.
