摘要:临床医学专业学位制度作为我国医学学位与研究生教育的一项重大改革,对提高中医医疗整体水平,培养具有较强临床工作能力的高素质、高质量的中医临床医学专门人才产生了积极的推动作用。本文通过对首批获准开展专业学位单位中医临床技能培养的系列改革举措,探索与构建了攻读中医临床医学专业学位中医临床特点的课程体系、临床技能考核指标体系和培养模式,形成了具有特色与优势的中医临床专业学位研究生技能培养新模式。

Innovation and Practice on Clinical Skills Development for Clinical Professional Degree Graduate in Chinese Medicine

Abstract:Clinical professional degree system is a major reform of postgraduate education . It plays an important role in improving the integral level of Chinese Medicine, and cultivating high quality clinical Chinese Medical article shows a series of reform initiatives in Clinical professional degree graduate cultivation from the aspect of curricular system, Clinical skills assessment indicators system and cultivate models,and it form a unique and prevelent clinical skills development model for clinical professional degree graduate in Chinese Medicine

广州中医药大学作为全国首批(1978年)获准招收研究生的中医院校,自1998年国家开展博士、硕士临床专业学位试点工作以来,也是首批开展博士、硕士临床专业学位试点的高校,在保持传统科学学位研究生教育模式的基础上,率先试点与创新,经过十多年的建设和改革,已逐步建立起较为完备的临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式,形成了突出中医药传承创新、实施英才教育的理念,培养了一批中医药高层次临床专门人才,使之成为中医药事业发展富有创新活力的生力军,专业学位人才培养已成为我校研究生教育的主要模式。
