摘要:利用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等研究方法,对高唐县的乒乓球运动状况进行了全面调查分析,通过一系列统计数字和访谈调查,结果表明:高唐县乒乓球运动发展迅猛,群众基础良好,但是目前还存在诸多问题:参加乒乓球运动的居民性别比例不均衡,随年龄增长参与人群规模减小;消费水平较低,与济南、青岛等大城市相比还有一定差距,说明高唐县乒乓球运动在群众中的的发展空间很大,政府体育职能部门应加强对体育健身娱乐市场的规范管理,加强对乒乓球运动事业的管理扶持引导及宣传,加大对乒乓球的投入,并增加一些专业的乒乓球教练对居民进行专业指导,以引导高唐县乒乓球运动市场逐步走向繁荣。

Abstract:Using literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the thesis interviews and other methods, the table tennis movement condition of gaotang made prehensive investigation and analysis, through a series of statistics and the interview survey, the result shows: gaotang table tennis developing rapidly, mass base is well, but is still exist many problems: the residents in table tennis sex ratio imbalance, age levels are down "U"; Consumption level is low, and jinan, Qingdao, etc, there is still a certain gap between cities pared the table tennis movement in mass gaotang the development space is very large, the government sports departments should strengthen the standard PE body-building entertainment market management, strengthening the management of table tennis career guidance and support to the propaganda, increase input, and increase the table tennis table tennis coach some professional conduct professional guidance to residents, to guide gaotang table tennis market gradually towards prosperity.

1前言
我国的乒乓球运动运是在中华人民共和国成立后,在中国共产党和人民政府的重视和关怀下才获得新生并逐步发展起来的。1952年10月在首都北京举行了有六大行政区(中南、华北、东北、西南、西北、华东)和铁路系统体协的62名男、女选手参加的“第一次全国乒乓球比赛大会”,揭开了新中国乒乓球运动发展史上新的一页。与此同时中华全国体育总会乒乓球部加入了国际乒联。从此,全国乒乓球群众活动迅速发展起来,每年都要举行各种全国性的乒乓球比赛。
后奥运时代已经来临,全民健身已成为一个重要的课题。随着人们健康意识的不断增强,人们开始追求更高的生活质量。由于乒乓球运动趣味娱乐性强,器材简单,打法精于技巧,实战技术变化无穷,很容易广泛开展,适合男女老少各种人群运动,并且经常参加乒乓球练习和比赛可以有效地发展灵敏性和协调性,提高动作速度和身体活动能力,改善心血管系统的机能,增进身心健康,有助于培养机智果断、顽强拼搏、勇于进取的优良品质和作风还有
