生产企业内部物流合理化探讨
摘要
随着经济全球化的到来和市场竞争的加剧,在现代化的物流大系统中,生产企业物流是社会物资流通领域的重要组成部分。生产企业物流的合理化直接影响社会物资流通的效率,所以生产企业进行物流合理化改造是确保社会物流现代化的重要环节之一,越来越受到重视。
本文首先讨论了论文的研究背景,研究目的和意义,阐述了物流的有关概念,然后通过分析我国生产企业内部物流的现状,并结合丰田汽车制造企业的案例,阐明了物流合理化的有效途径。这样就从总体上构建了生产企业内部物流合理化的有效途径及评价指标等。希望论文的研究结果可对我国生产企业有效地进行内部物流合理化起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。

The rationalization of the internal logistics of manufacturing enterprises
ABSTRACT
With the advent of economic globalization and petition intensifies, the modern logistics in large-scale systems, production and circulation of enterprise logistics social goods important part of the field. This paper first discusses the research background, purpose and significance of research to explain the logistics of the concept, and then manufacturing enterprises in China by analyzing the status of the internal logistics, combined with the case of Toyota's manufacturing enterprises to clarify an effective way to rationalize the logistics. Hope that the findings of paper production enterprises in China can effectively carry out the rationalization of the internal logistics play a certain role of reference and reference.
