摘要
航线网络规划是关系航空公司生存和发展的战略性决策,合适的航线网络模式
会极大地提升航空公司的市场竞争能力。随着全球经济的衰退,我国民航业的发展
遇到了前所未有的挑战,各航空公司纷纷采取了相应的措施,民航局也出台了促进
民航业健康发展的十项措施。中国南方航空公司(简称南航)是国内运输飞机最多、
旅客运输量最大、航线最多的国有企业,但在控制成本和航线网络优化方面相对比
较薄弱,亟待加强相关研究与实践。
本文阐述了航线网络的基本概念及其分类,分析了航线网络的基本特征,讨论
了南航航线网络的发展阶段。综合运用管理学和经济学的理论与方法,分析了南航
航空基地不断增加、运输能力不断增强的现状,指出了南航航线网络存在的布局不
合理、规模不经济等方面的不足。在此基础上,通过南航选取的航线网络模式的市
场背景和竞争状况分析,依据详实的数据资料,针对性地提出了优化南航航线网络
的方案与改进建议,即通过优化航空基地布局重点培养广州、北京双枢纽,大力发
展分枢纽和优化航线布局来提高公司竞争力。期望本文关于南方航空公司航线网络
优化的相关结论和对策建议对促进南航的可持续发展、提高南航的市场竞争力有所
帮助,文中的部分观点对中国民航业的发展有一定的参考作用。

Abstract
Airline work planning is the strategic decision-making for survival and
development of the pany, the appropriate work model will greatly
enhance the petitiveness of airlines. With the global economic recession,
Chinese Civil Aviation Industry faces an unprecedented challenge, all the airlines have
taken appropriate measures, and the Civil Aviation Authority has also introduced the civil
aviation industry to promote the healthy development of the 10 measures. China Southern
Airlines (CZ for short) is the state-owned enterprise which has the largest number of
aircraft, the largest volume of passenger transport, and the most number of routes, but
relatively weak[0] in controlling costs and work optimization, so it needs deep
researches and practices.
This thesis describes the basic concept and classification of the work,
analyses the basic characteristics of work and discusses the development stage of
China Southern Airlines work. The thesis analyses the status quo of
ever-increasing base of China Southern Airlines and continuously enhance transport
capacity by the integrated use of theory and methods in Management and Economics, and
pointes out the existence of the irrational, diseconomies of scale and other deficiencies. On
this basis, selected by China Southern Airlines work model of petition
in the background and situation ana
