民营企业人力资源管理困境及对策研究
摘要
人力资源是现代企业中最重要的资源,企业走向成功的关键是该如何有效的开发和科学合理地管理人力资源。我在本文中阐明人力资源管理的含义和职能,而且通过对民营企业人力资源管理中出现的现状进行分析,并着重就个性化的人力资源管理来说明民营企业如何改善其用人、留人、育人机制。

ABSTRACT
Resource is the most important asset method in pany. How to deploy and control employees and scientifically is the key point pany to reword pany efforts. In this article, with the expressing the context and conjunction of HRM, it is a method of the human resource management in selfish-enterprise which can draw a conclusion that the Characteristic Management is suitable. Besides, company should pay more attention on motivating employees and shoe how to improve the system of using training and retaining good employees.
