摘要本课题研究的是专门用于镗削加工C41-2000型空气锤的三个气门孔的专用镗床,设计对主传动系统的设计部分与镗轴的设计部分作了详细说明,对一些辅助装置也作了相应的描述。
设计从总体布局开始引出,通过认真研究、分析了设计任务书后,针对任务书的要求进行了课题调研和现场考察,提出了传动设计方案。确定电动机的功率,分析各种传动下的主轴的转速,转矩以及所消耗的功率。确定传动过程和传动装置,选择合理的齿轮传动,选择了齿轮的齿数及齿宽,最后对齿轮的齿数和模数的校核。在主轴的设计中,初选结构参数,确定组件的布局,然后在已确定主轴结构尺寸的基础上,进行主轴的强度和刚度的校核。正确选择轴承,并对轴承进行校核验算。
本文将重点叙述主变速传动设计部分和镗轴的设计部分。主变速系统设计进行中,这些部分将以工作缸镗轴变速箱输入轴为主要设计和校验对象,在此基础上尽量扩大轴的尺寸,以满足其它各轴的设计要求,轴径大小与长度的选择、轴的轴向定位、周向定位、轴的强度校核为本章的主要内容。镗轴设计中,以镗轴的组件的设计为重点,以镗轴的悬伸量选择,跨度计算和刚度的计算展开,并对镗轴的性能和基本要求等做了粗略介绍。
