摘要:实施可持续发展战略,积极调整生产方式和消费模式将成为我国各省(市)区加速现代化建设的迫切要求和21
世纪区域经济持续增长的必由之路,发展循环经济是实现可持续发展战略的重要途径。我国的循环经济仍处于起步
阶段,在理论和实践上尚存在许多亟待解决的困难与问题。文章就我国目前循环经济发展中存在的主要问题进行了
深入的分析与探讨。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了促进循环经济发展的有效对策与措施。

Abstract: Carrying out the strategy of sustainable development and adjusting production mode and consumption pattern
will e an urgent demand in speeding modernization development of China's province (districts), and also e
the only way of regional economic sustained growth of China in the 21st century. Developing circular economy is the
important solution to realize the strategy of sustainable development. While the circular economy of China is still in
