摘要:在室内用生长速率法测定了瓜馥木总生物碱及其3个阿朴菲类生物碱对甘蔗凤梨病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、柑桔疮痂病菌、香蕉炭疽病菌、梨黑斑病菌和梨褐斑病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:在供试质量浓度为10 mg/mL时,瓜馥木总生物碱对6种病原真菌具有很好的抑菌活性,、、、、 mg/mL;从瓜馥木总生物碱分离得到的3个阿朴菲类生物碱对6种病菌均有较高的抑菌活性,其中1,2-亚甲二氧基-N-甲氧酰基-、、、、 mg/mL。
