摘要:肝损伤药物的开发和评价中的重要环节就是建立一种方便有效的动物模型。肝损伤动物模型的建立,仍是临床研究和实验研究的重点和难点。至今已建立的常见肝损伤动物模型有:急性中毒性肝损伤动物模型、鸭乙肝病毒(DHBV)诱发鸭急性肝损伤模型、免疫肝损伤动物模型、酒精性肝损伤动物模型以及营养和代谢性肝炎动物模型等。每一种动物模型不同的特点,建议根据实验的要求选择适当的肝损伤动物模型。

[ABSTRACT] The important part in the development and evaluation of liver injury drug is to establish a convenient and effective animal model. To establish the liver injury animal model is still the key and difficult points of clinical and experimental studies .mon Liver Injury Animal Model that has established include: acute toxic liver injury animal model, duck acute liver injury induced by Duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) model, immunological liver injury animal model, alcoholic liver injury animal model, and nutritional and metabolic hepatitis animal model, and so on. Because each animal model has different characteristics, the paper mend: choose suitable liver injury animal model based on the requirements of experiment.

人类疾病的动物模型是指各种医学科学研究中建立的具有人类疾病模拟表现的动物。
动物疾病模型主要用于实验生理学、实验病理学和实验治疗学(包括新药筛选)研究。人类疾病的发展十分复杂,以人本身作为实验对象来深入探讨疾病发生机制,推动医药学的发展来之缓慢,临床积累的经验不仅在时间和空间上都存在局限性,而且许多实验在道义上和方法上也受到限制。而借助于动物模型的间接研究,可以有意识地改变那些在自然条件下不可能或不易排除的因素,以便更准确地观察模型的实验结果并与人类疾病进
