【摘要】目的探讨脑瘫患儿的血细胞免疫粘附功能的变化。方法随机分脑瘫组、健康儿童对照组。根据文献关于脑性瘫痪诊断以及分型标准,我科2001年5月~2002年12月住院确诊的脑瘫患儿100例,其中男65例,女35例,~6岁,痉挛型45例,手足徐动型25例,混合型17例,暂不定型13例。采用新鲜血细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环试验法分别测定了脑瘫组、对照组血细胞自然免疫粘附率。结果脑瘫患儿血细胞粘附率的表达与正常儿童比较,脑瘫组TRR(±),TLR(±),均明显低于正常对照组TRR(±),TLR(±),差异有非常显著性(P<)。脑瘫组TGR(±),低于对照组(±)。结论脑瘫患儿血白细胞自然免疫粘附功能处于失衡状态,其中以红细胞及淋巴细胞免疫粘附功能低下最为明显。要害词脑瘫血细胞免疫粘附 The changes of blood cell immune adherence function of children with cerebral palsy You Shiqiong,Li Shiguang,Pang Liping,et al.
