摘要:目的构建医院护理人员的绩效评价指标体系。方法运用文献综述法、德尔菲法选择评价指标,运用层次分析法确定各指
标的权重。结果构建的护理人员绩效评价指标体系包括工作能力、工作数量、工作质量、工作态度和工作行为 5 个方面,其权重
分别是 0. 2665 、0. 0921 、0. 4435 、0. 1280 、0. 0699 。结论层次分析法的运用为客观、准确地评价护理人员的工作绩效提供了一种新
的思路和方法,通过该方法构建的指标体系适应范围较广,适应性较强,对护理人员的绩效评价更具科学性和合理性。

Abstract : Objective To construct a nurse performance appraisal system. Methods Literature review and Delphi method were em2
ployed to confirm indicators of the nurse performance appraisal system , and analytic hierarchy process (A HP) was used to deter2
mine the weight of each indicator. Results The nurse performance appraisal system posed of 5 dimensions of work ability ,
work quantity , work quality , work attitude and work behaviors , with the weights being 0. 2665 ,0. 0921 ,0. 4435 ,0. 1280 ,0. 0699
respectively. Conclusion The use of A HP provides an objective and accurate method to evaluate nurses′performance. The indicator
