题目: 基于油中溶解气体分析的电力变压器
故障分析装置设计
摘要
电力变压器是电力系统最重要和最贵重的设备,它们的安全运行直接关系到电网的供电可靠性。本文以电力变压器为研究对象,采用虚拟仪器技术开展了基于油中溶解气体的电力变压器故障分析系统的研究和开发工作。本文首先论述了研究基于油中溶解气体分析故障的重要意义,详细分析了国内外的研究现状及发展趋势。其次,研究了油中溶解气体的主要类型及其在不同故障状态下的各种比例关系原理,确定采用改良型三要素法进行电力变压器故障诊断。对本文编程所用的LabVIEW语言进行了简单的介绍。最后,使用重庆大学高电压研究所研制的MQ系列分布复合式气体浓度传感器,国家仪器公司(NI)的PCI-6221数据采集卡作为数据采集通道,对实验室模拟的信号进行采集与处理,实现系统的仿真。
本文利用虚拟仪器提出了对电力变压器进行状态评估、故障诊断和故障预测三位一体的研究理念,仿真实验结果验证了改良型三要素法能够为电力变压器的状态维修提供理论依据,对降低电力变压器的维修费用和提高电力变压器的可靠性具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

Title Design of a Transformer Fault Analysis Device Based on the
Dissolved Gas of Transformer Oils Analysis
Abstract
This article takes the power transformer as the object of study, using the Virtual Instrument technology to develop power transformer fault analysis system's research and the development work based on the gases dissolved in the oil. Firstly, this article elaborated important meaning for the research on a transformer fault analysis device based on the gas dissolved in oil, domestic and foreign present research and its trend of development. Secondly, it studied the main type of dissolved gas in the oil and each kind of proportional relationship principle under the different fault conditions, and then determined to use the improvement three essential factors law to carry on the power transformer fault diagnosis. The programmed language with LabVIEW was introduced briefly. Finally, a MQ series pound expression gas strength sensor which the High voltage Research Institute of Chongqing University designed was used, the PCI-6221 data acquisition card of the National pany (NI) taked the data acquisition channel, carried on gathering and processing laboratory simulation signals, and system simulation was realized.
