寒冷地区取水构筑物窗口防冰流速优化

摘要: 针对我国东北地区地表水水源的水文特征及取水构筑物在运行时存在的问题, 全面系统地分析了
哈尔滨市各取水构筑物的取水状况, 从工程设计的角度, 提出了取水窗口防冰流速的概念, 对取水构筑物进
水窗口的进水流速进行优化, 经过论证, 得出取水构筑物进水窗口上缘的设计标高距河流最小水位不小于
013 m 和进水流速不得大于 0125 m/ s 的结论, 并通过对实例的技术经济分析得到了进一步的论证.
