摘要目的:建立大米中十种有机氯农药的残留分析方法。方法:GC-MS法,色谱柱为: Rxi-5ms柱(30m××),程序升温,以氦气为载气,,进样量1μL,经气相色谱分离,以EI源检测。结果:十种有机氯在1×10-3ng~40×10-3ng线性良好,,%以上。RSD均在5%以下。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、结果准确可靠,可作为大米中十种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。

Determination of the residues of anic-chiorine pesticide in Rice with GC-MS

Abstract Aim:To establish a method for determination the residues of anic-chiorine pesticide in :It was analiysis by GC-MS, analiysis was performed Rxi-5ms(30m××),procedures warming,Carrier gas was He with the speed of ,Inject 1μl to separate by GC and Detected with :liner relationship was obtained at range of 1×10-3ng~40×10-3ng (R were ), the averge recorvery were above 90%,RSD were below 5 %.Conclusion:The method was simple,sensitive and The results were accurate and method was can be usded determination the residues of anic-chiorine pesticide in Rice.

六六六、DDT等均系有机氯农药,化学性质稳定,易通过食物链在人体内蓄积,具有慢性和潜在的毒性作用,虽然我国在1983年对六六六、DDT禁止使用。但至今仍有检出,大米作为人类主要食品,在生产和流通过程中极易被污染,为保证人民身体健康,我们采用气相分离,质谱确认的方法对大米中有机氯农药残留进行测定,取得满意效果[1]。
