摘要:目的探讨芦笋多糖对S180小鼠红细胞CR1数量、红细胞CR1天然免疫活性的影响。方法取小鼠的新鲜红细胞,用大鼠抗小鼠CD35一抗和FITC-羊抗大鼠二抗标记小鼠红细胞,应用流式细胞仪测定小鼠红细胞CR1数量;用红细胞免疫花环试验检测红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)和肿瘤红细胞细胞花环率(DTER)。结果芦笋多糖高剂量组和中剂量组使S180小鼠红细胞CR1数量和红细胞C3b受体花环率显著性增加。结论芦笋多糖可以改善S180小鼠红细胞免疫功能,可能是其抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。

Abstract : Objective To study the effect of Asparagus officinalis haride on the number and activity of plement receptor 1 in S180 mice. Methods Red blood cells from mice venous blood are labeled by rat anti-mouse CD35 monoclonal antibody and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody. Using flow cytometry, we determined the number of ECR1. Using microscope, we studied the the adherence between erythrocyte immunity and C3b receptor or tumor-cell by RBC-C3bRR and DTER. paring the mean value of the number of CR1 on each RBC of high and middle groups with control groups , the mean value of the number of CR1,RBC-C3bRR and DTER of Asparagus officinalis haride groups are increased significantly.
