摘要:目的研究经典方芍药甘草汤的配伍合理性。方法在建立芍药甘草体内成分指纹图谱分析方法的基础上,运用药动学方法比较芍药甘草汤和芍药单煎液灌胃给药后不同时间的大鼠血清中归属于芍药的各特征化学成分含量的变化,并对药动学参数进行方差分析。结果与芍药单煎液比较,芍药甘草汤的AUC显著增加,Cmax大多极其显著增加, 显示出良好的吸收。结论从药动学角度揭示了芍药甘草汤配伍的科学性和合理性。

ics Research on Characteristic Ingredients from Shaoyao before and patibility

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To patibility rationality of Shaoyao-gancao decoction. METHODS Rats were orally administered with Shaoyao-gancao decoction and Shaoyao decoction, blood at different times after administered these decoctions were collected, then were analysed by HPLC fingerprints technology, the ics parameters of characteristic peaks were analyzed by SPSS software. RESULTS The study of ics of characteristics peaks from Shaoyao show that the absorption of pounds were increased by administered with Gancao, the ics parameters such as AUC, Cmax were augmented. CONCLUSION patibility connotation of Shaoyao-gancao decoction was revealed by an the angle of ics.
