中小企业融资困境及对策分析
[内容摘要]
随着经济全球化趋势的发展,我国改革开放的进一步深入,企业发展的外部环境和内部条件正在发生迅速变化。我国的中小企业主要是民营企业获得了迅速发展,已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,成为我国全面实现小康目标的重要力量,在发展经济﹑扩大就业﹑活跃市场等方面发挥着重要作用。但是由于其规模相对较小、科技含量整体相对较低等客观条件的限制,中小企业要在未来激烈的国内外市场竞争中获得长足发展,现实中面临着许多环境障碍,其中融资难问题日益成为培养企业核心竞争力、解决其他问题的前提和关键。
因此,如何解决中小企业融资难的问题成为迫切需要研究的课题。本文着手于对融资难问题的深刻解剖和对策分析,提出融资评级体系的建立。这不仅需要重视资产负债率、流动比率、资产报酬率、存货周转率等财务指标的分析,也需要重视企业的成长性、创新性、发展潜力,以及行业状况对企业的影响等因素的分析。构建融资评级指标体系将有利于提高中小企业融资能力,化解金融困境。
本文采用中小企业板的中小企业数据作为本文所需要的数据源,对中小企业板的数据进行了收集,数据主要来源于新浪财经网站和搜狐财经网站。
