物流业是进出口贸易的一个重要组成部分。当今我国,尤其是我国东南沿海那些港口贸易日益发达的城市,货代企业如雨后春笋般兴起,但无论从其组织结构,操作流程还是管理方法上都存在一定的问题,并没有实现物流的整合。随着港口贸易的迅猛发展,货代业面临的一系列问题的解决也迫在眉睫。发展第三方物流是货运代理企业的出路。货运代理业向第三方物流转型能为客户提供以合同为约束,以结盟为基础的系统化、个性化、信息化的代理服务,这是物流服务向专业化、集中化方向发展的结果,它与传统货运企业的本质区别在于其利润基础是资源整合和管理创新创造的新价值。转型中及后的货运代理行业将充分利用入世这一良好契机,借鉴和吸收国外发展第三方物流服务的先进经验,以更好地服务于我国港口进出口贸易的发展。本篇论文将基于上述背景,详细阐述我国货运代理行业的发展、现状、存在的问题,并对如何解决这一系列问题结合国内外专家的建议并谈谈自己的看法,以及对这一行业的前景展望。关键词:货运代理物流第三方物流供应链经营战略

To develop the third party logistics is the exit of the FORWARDING & will provide to take contract as to control for the customer, take form alliance as to systematize basally, characteristic and information-based agency service, this is the result that the logistics service turn, concentrates to turn the direction development toward profession, it lies in the essence differentiation of the traditional FORWARDING & AGENCY business enterprise its profits foundation is the resources integrate and manage the creative creation of new the transformation and empress of FORWARDING & AGENCY act for the profession to make use of well into this good chance of a life time, draw lessons from and absorb the abroad development the third square logistics the advanced experience of the service, with betterly be serve in the our country the development of the port import and export.
