高速线材生产中吐丝质量控制

摘要针对高速线材生产线吐丝机存在的吐圈忽左忽右飘落、吐丝线圈大小不等以及线圈不圆问题进行分析,
并提出控制措施。经过调整在轧制 65钢 6. 5 mm盘条时,轧制速度稳定在 108 m / s左右;使用该线材生产钢丝断
丝率由原来的 0. 5次/ t下降到 0. 1次/ t;拉丝模耗由原来的 0. 3个/ t下降到 0. 17个/ t,用户生产效率大幅度提高。

Abstract To analyze such p roblem s as coil dropp ing down slowly from left to right, coil diameters of wire laying being not
equal and the coil being not round existing in high speed wire rod p roduction, and the controlmeasures are put forth. After
adjusting, the rolling speed is stable at 108 m / s when rolls 6. 5 mm diameter wire rod of 65 steel. U sing the wire rod to
p roduce steel wire, the wire breaking rate cut down decrease from original 0. 5 times per ton to 0. 1 times per ton, wire
drawing die consump tion decrease from original 0. 3 p iece per ton to 0. 17 p iece per ton, and the p roduction efficiency of
consumers′rise greatly.
