【摘要】孙吉友主任医师从事中医药治疗免疫风湿病30余年,对类风湿关节炎的治疗积累了丰富的经验,认为肾精亏虚,六淫邪侵,痰瘀交结是本病的病因病机。治疗应补肾益精,健脾祛湿,活血通络,以达到标本同治的目的。同时还介绍了治疗类风湿关节炎的有效药对和典型病例。

Sun Jiyou experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract Sun Jiyou chief physician of Chinese medicine treatment of immune rheumatism in more than 30 years, the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has accumulated rich experience, that the deficiency of kidney essence, six immorality invasion, phlegm and blood stasis are the pathogenesis of this disease. Treatment should be Bushenyijing, spleen dampness, promoting blood circulation and contact, in order to achieve the purpose of Tongzhi specimens. It also presents an effective treatment of rheumatoid arthritis drugs and the typical case.

类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis RA)是以慢性进行性对称性关节肿痛为主要临床表现,以关节的滑膜炎症、细胞浸润、滑膜及关节骨血管翳形成,最终导致关节结构破坏,引起关节功能障碍为主要病理变化的一种常见自身免疫性疾病,预后不良,迄今尚无根治的方法。孙吉友主任医师30余年从事中医中药治疗免疫疾病的研究,对RA的治疗积累了丰富的经验,疗效颇佳,现介绍如下。
1 病因病机
孙吉友主任认为本病的病因病机比较复杂,概括起来主要有肝脾肾亏虚、六淫邪侵、痰瘀交结三个方面。
,肝肾素虚或房老过度,肾精耗竭;或饮食不节,起居失调,脾气受损,化源不足,气血亏虚,均可导致卫外不固,外邪易于入侵,阻塞气血经络,留注于经络、关节、肌肉,而致本病。
,在肝肾亏虚的基础上,复感风、寒、湿、热等外邪。外邪侵入人体是导致本病的主要原因,邪气侵袭,阻闭经络,气血运行不畅,四肢关节筋骨失养,不通则
