[摘要] 目的探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术在子宫内膜增生症所致不孕患者治疗中的效果。方法 2007年10月至2011年2月,采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术( transcervical resection of endometrium, TCRE )治疗反复药物治疗无效的子宫内膜增生症所致不孕患者16例,术前诊刮子宫内膜病理为单纯性增生14例,复杂性增生2例,术后随访至今。结果 16例手术均顺利完成,无子宫穿孔、过度水化综合征和盆腔脏器损伤等并发症,随访至今,7例妊娠,术后血激素水平与术前差异无显著性(P>). 结论:TCRE为久治不愈的子宫内膜增生症且有生育要求的患者开辟了一条新的治疗途径。

The treatment of transcervical resection of endometrium in infertility with endometrial hyperplasia.

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of transcervical resection of endometrium(TCRE). Methods:From October 2007 to Feberary 2011 there were 16 cases who suffered from infertility with endometrial hyperplasia,all cases were performed by TCRE, 14 cases were simple hyperplasia, 2cases plex hyperplasia. Results: 16 cases were performed smoothly without plications occurred. There was 7 pregancy occurred with at the present of follow - up. There were no significant difference between before TCRE and after TCRE in ovarian hormones(P>). Conclusion: TCRE is a safe and effective procedure in infertility with endometrial hyperplasia.
