摘要:针对滚动轴承故障参数与故障类型之间关系的复杂性和不确定性,采用两种Vague集相似度量的故障诊断方法,将故障类型与故障参数之间的关系以及待测样本的故障参数用Vague集表示,通过计算并比较待测样本Vague集与故障样本Vague集之间的相似度量得到故障诊断结果,并给出算例。分析结果表明,它具有一定的合理性和通用性。

Research on Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing on Similarity Measures Between Vague Sets

Abstract: Aiming plexity and uncertainty of relation between fault paramerters and fault types of rolling bearing, the two methods of similarity measures between vague sets were built. The relation between fault types and fault paramerters of the sample or the sample in study was expressed with vague sets. The results of fault diagnosis were gained by calculating paring similarity measures between vague sets of the sample in study and vague sets of fault samples, and an example was given. It has great rational monality by analyzing the result.

引言
轴承是车辆、机床、电子专用设备等旋转机械中使用最多、最为关键、且最易损坏的机械零件之一[1]。据统计,旋转机械的故障有30%是由轴承引起的,可见轴承的好坏对机器的工作状态影响很大,所以对滚动轴承的故障诊断和监测一直是近年来国内外发展机械故障诊断技术的重点。
