摘要

21 世纪是信息化高速发展的时代,不仅对于翻译的需求与日俱增,与翻译
相关的计算机技术也在迅猛发展,诞生出大量机器翻译(MT)及计算机辅助翻
译(CAT)产品。然而,由于机器翻译本身具有一定的局限性,尚不能对其完
全依赖,因此还需要结合人工的译后编辑(PE),才能对译文质量进行保证。本
文是一次科技类文章的翻译实践报告,原文选材取自微软亚洲研究院在其官方
网站上发表的关于云服务的用户调查报告及介绍云安全的科技文,本报告初步
演示机器翻译结合译后编辑的翻译模式,分析并总结了常见的机器翻译错误类
型及如何根据李长栓提出的非文学翻译的标准进行译后编辑。并探讨了该模式
对未来科技及其他领域翻译的重要意义。信息化时代的海量翻译,想要保持高
效、高质量,机器翻译结合译后编辑是翻译行业的必然趋势,毫无疑问将成为
热门和译员必须掌握的一种翻译方式。

ABSTRACT

The 21st century is the time for the high-speed development of informationization
with the increasing need for translation. putational technology for translation is
also developing fast with more and more Machine Translation (MT) and
Computer-aided Translation (CAT) products. However, because of the weaknesses of
Machine translation, we cannot totally rely on it and need bine it with manual
Post-editing (PE) in order to ensure the translation quality. This article is a translation
practice report about science and technology with the source text introducing the cloud
service and cloud security, and it demonstrates the MT/PE mode in translation work,
analyzes mon mistakes made by machine translation, shows how to make a
quick post-editing based on the standard of Non-Literary Translation by Li Changshuan,
and discusses about the significance of this mode for translation in such areas in the
future. MT/PE will surly e the trend in the translation industry and a necessary
skill for translators in the time of informationization.
