我国农业科教信息服务公益化可行性探讨

摘要:针对目前我国农业科教信息服务发展和推广的现状,结合国家科委、农业部有关农业科技发展规划,探讨了新
时期农业科教信息为一线农业提供服务的方式,根据我国的实际国情,提出了未来农业人口整体素质提高的迫切性,实
现农业信息服务公益化的可行性和必要性。

Abstract: According to the development of agricultural science and education, information services and promotion, combined with
the agricultural technology development plan of the State Science and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, the strategy of providing
agricultural science and technology information for the agriculture production engager in the new era was discussed. According to
China's actual conditions, It was pointed out the urgency of improving the agricultural population quality, as well as the feasibility
and necessity of providing the public agricultural information service.
