【摘要】目的探讨智能压疮防控翻身床的研制及在临床中的应用效果。方法对30例经Norton评分量表评分具有压疮发生危险的患者,随机分为观察组15例和对照组15例,观察组使用智能压疮防控翻身床,对照组未使用智能压疮防控翻身床,比较各组患者受压部位皮肤的变化,护士累计护理各组患者的平均耗时。结果观察组与对照组比较在预防压疮方面有显著差异(P<)观察组护士平均耗时为H,对照组为H,差异显著。结论使用智能压疮防控翻身床能有效预防压疮的发生。

【Abstract】 objective to explore the intelligent pressure ulcer prevention and control over the bed in clinical research and development, the application effect. Methods 30 patients by Norton rating scale score has the pressure ulcer has the danger of patients, 15 cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group in 15 cases, the observation group use intelligent pressure ulcer prevention and control over, and the control group did not use bed intelligent pressure ulcer prevention and control over each bed, compared with the change of skin pressure parts, the nurse accumulative total care of patients with an average time consuming groups. Results; The observation pared with controls to prevent the developed in a significant difference (P < ) the observation group nurse average time consuming, and the control group for H for H, significantly different. Conclusion using intelligent pressure ulcer prevention and control over the bed can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers.
