【摘要】目的评价临床应用经皮椎体定位导向装置的效果。方法对13 例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折病人行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术时应用经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置,其中男性5 例,女性8 例,T8 1 例,T9 1 例,T12 3 例,L1 4 例,L2 1 例,L3、L4、L5各1 例。椎体均压缩1/2以上。结果球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术应用经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置可明显缩短手术时间,提高穿刺准确率,明显减少C型臂X线机的投照次数。结论经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置是经皮椎体穿刺操作的有益辅助手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneously guiding instrument in clinical Percutaneously guiding instrument was used on 13 patients with T8一L5 osteoporotic pressive fractures,5 of which were male and age varied from 62 to 76 years The mean exposure times were instrument could shorten the operating time and significantly decrease the Xray exposure The percutaneously guiding instrument conld do much help in Kyphoplasty.

1 材料和方法
手术器械西门子双排螺旋CT(SOMATOM spirit,德国Siemens公司);C型臂影像增强系统(Siemens M442,德国Siemens公司);Kyphon(美国Kyphon公司);经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置(中国常州康辉医疗器械有限公司)。
病例选择本组患者13 例,其中男性5 例,女性8
