【摘要】目的确认周口市某幼儿园一起食物中毒原因,对加强集体食堂食品安全工作提出建议。方法开展现场流行病学调查,对可疑食物、病人排泄物和食堂物品采样进行实验室检测。结果该起事件属于点源暴露,共有病例230例,无死亡病例,病例为在园就餐儿童。食品制作用具检出的福氏志贺氏菌与病人粪便标本的致病菌为同一型别。结论该起事件为因食堂员工食品加工操作环节由福氏志贺氏菌4c型污染造成痢疾暴发而引起的食物中毒类较大级别突发公共卫生事件。

2009年6月19日19时10分,周口市疾病预防控制中心接到周口市某幼儿园电话报告发生疑似食物中毒事件。经现场流行病学调查,结合临床症状和实验室检测结果,认定该事件系幼儿园食堂员工因食品加工操作环节由福氏志贺氏菌4c型污染造成痢疾暴发而引起的食物中毒类较大级别突发公共卫生事件。
1 现场流行病学及卫生学调查
,全园共有教职员工86人,开设19个教学班,在园儿童836人。园内设有食堂,为儿童提供午餐、加点、晚餐。食物中毒发生的当天及前二天,共有2337人次的儿童在园就餐。
