摘要
近些年来,我国光伏产业迅猛发展并占据了相当一部分的海外市场。与此同时,以美国、欧盟为首的一些国家提出对我国光伏产业进行“双反”调查,这给我国光伏产业带来了很大的损失。本文详细分析了我国光伏产业的发展现状,分析欧盟“双反”与美国“双反”的异同,实行“双反”调查的根本原因、讨论了“双反”可能对我国光伏产业带来的影响,并从政府和企业两方面对“双反”的应诉提出一些建议,以使我国光伏企业能够顺利走出此次危机。

Abstract
In recent years, China's photovoltaic industry has enjoyed a rapid development and occupied a considerable part of the overseas markets. At the same time, a number of countries, led by the United States, the European Union put forward China's photovoltaic industry "double reverse" survey, which brought great losses to China's photovoltaic industry. This text analyzes the current development of China's photovoltaic industry, "double reverse" the similarities and differences with the United States, the implementation of the "double reverse", the root cause analysis of the EU "double reverse", discussed the "dual" may bring China's photovoltaic industry effect and make some suggestions from both government and business aspects of the "dual" responding to the panies in China to be able to smooth out the crisis.
