摘要
面对国际竞争的挑战,第三方物流企业培育自身的核心竞争力是当务之急。第三方物流企业竞争战略的选择成为影响企业竞争能力和经济效益的一个重要部分。
以国内外对第三方物流的研究成果为基础,本文主要对我国中小型第三方物流企业竞争战略问题进行研究。首先,本文综述了研究的背景、目的和意义,进而对第三方物流的概念内涵进行了界定,并综述了中小型第三方物流企业竞争战略的理论基础,为论文的展开奠定了理论根基。其次,系统阐述了选择合适的竞争战略对于中小型第三方物流企业的作用及制定战略中存在的问题,并分析了其在市场竞争中的竞争力和机会。然后结合企业实际运作情况,根据竞争战略选择的实际案例,构建了中小型第三方物流企业竞争战略选择的基本途径。
本文通过研究,得到以下结论:首先,中小型第三方物流企业面对市场的竞争,灵活性还不够;同时在国内第三方物流起步较晚的情况下,中小第三方物流企业缺少一个成熟的引导路线;另外,选择正确、合适、合理的竞争战略是中小第三方物流企业在后期发展中能否拥有强劲市场竞争力的保证。

Abstract
Faced with the challenge of petition, it’s urgent for the third-party pany to cultivate its own petitiveness. The choice petitive strategy of third-party panies e an important part which affects petitiveness and cost-effective of enterprises.
Based on the results of research on third-party logistics home and abroad, this article mainly research on the issue petitive strategy of China's small and medium-sized third-party panies. First of all, this article studied the background, purpose and significance, then defined the concept of third-party logistics. And summarize the theoretical basis petitive strategy of small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprise, and laid the foundation for the thesis to start. Second, systematically expounded the effect of choosing the petitive strategy for small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises and the problem when develops strategy, analysis petitive forces and opportunities threats in petition. And bined with the actual operation of enterprises, in accordance with the strategic choice of the petition cases, constructed the basic approach of petitive Strategy in small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises.
