[摘要] 目的:研究忍冬Lonicera japonica 。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为裂环氧化马钱素(1),獐芽菜苷(2),裂环马钱素二甲基乙缩醛(3),裂环马钱子苷(4),裂环马钱素(5)。结论:所有化合物均首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。

Studies onIridoid Glycosides from Leaves of Lonicera japonica

[Abstract] Objective:To study on chemical constituents from the Leaves of Lonicera japonica. Method: pounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: pounds were obtained and identified as secoxylognin(1), sweoside (2), secologanin dimethyl acetal (3) , secologanoside (4) and secologanin (5), respectively. Conclusion: The pounds were obtained from the Leaves of L. japonica for the first time.

忍冬叶为忍冬属忍冬(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)的干燥叶。李时珍谓:“忍冬茎叶及花功用皆同”,具有清热解毒,疏风通络之功效[1]。为了阐明其药效物质基础,本课题组采用现代分离手段和波谱技术对忍冬叶进行了系统的化学成分研究。前期工作中,作者对忍冬叶化学成分进行了报道[2,3]。在此基础上,为了进一步研究忍冬叶的化学成分,作者从75%乙醇提取
